“I have been a member of the Lila Yoga community since it opened in January 2011 and I have found my yoga home! I am greatly impressed with their teachers, all of whom are highly trained and able to bring an important integration of yoga and meditation to all classes. I find that this really allows me to get much more deeply into the practice. In the past, I have found some classes at other studios to be too “aerobic workout-like” and not as based on yoga philosophy. As a yogi of 6 years, I find that time for meditation at the beginning and end of class an important element. Beside a broad menu of classes that include a wide range of levels, there are frequent workshops and retreats – the ones I’ve attended have been excellent.”
