Lila Yoga was born out of our desire to provide a joyful yoga experience that is meaningful, and accessible to people of all ages and abilities. We understand that practitioners come to yoga at all stages of life and for many different reasons. Whether to help heal an injury, manage stress, sleep better, prepare for giving birth or parenting, improve flexibility and strength, or to feel good, you are welcomed exactly as you are.
Our skillful and attentive teachers ensure that your time on your mat is an experience of opening, discovery, and good humor. Part of the magic of yoga is that it is a deeply personal process, while at the same time, sweetly enriched by your sangha, your community of practitioners.
