My journey to acupuncture started with a deep motivation to help others. I was also compelled to understand the human being, the causes of disease and ways to help naturally return one to their original conditions of health.
As a practitioner I wish to support you on your path in health. I am interested in listening to your concerns, helping you alleviate stubborn patterns that are no longer useful to you, and helping you to feel energetic and at ease within yourself. I specifically enjoy working with people on preventative care, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, headaches, stubborn aches and pains, life stressors, cardiac health concerns, emotional support, in cases of infertility, woman’s health, and post-surgical and car accident recovery, and through times of challenging life situations or patterns.
I often include essential oils on acupoints and am happy to add East Asian Massage. I am currently becoming credentialed with a number of insurance companies in WA, so please inquire. I am overjoyed to be a part of the Lila Community, and look forward to meeting you!
