Not sure you’re ready to jump in to group yoga classes? Too busy to get to our studio? Maybe you could use a little extra attention to help you understand or manage an injury or physical limitation? Or perhaps you’d just really like some one-on-one time with your yoga instructor.
Private yoga sessions are a great way to get started with yoga or continue your yoga practice in a way that works for you and your life. In a private session your teacher designs a practice specifically for you. It is a wonderful way to ensure that you are learning yoga safely, correctly, and appropriately your unique needs, goals, and limitations (if any).
Some students choose private sessions because they find it helpful in keeping their commitment to a regular practice, others choose to do a few private sessions to address a specific question or area of interest. Either way, we know you will gain valuable insights through working individually with our Lila teachers.
Your private session can be held at Lila Yoga any time that group classes are not being held or at your home or office. If you have a teacher you would love to work with, let us know! We’ll help you get your first session with him or her. Or, if you don’t have a specific teacher in mind, we’ll listen to your interests and needs and choose the perfect teacher for you.
