If you are brand new to yoga or haven’t practiced in awhile, we recommend you start with the Lila Yoga 6-week intro series. These classes are slow and gentle and cover all the basics to get your yoga practice started.
Intro: We offer the Intro Classes in a 6-week series format. This class starts at the very beginning and gives a strong foundation for all other hatha classes.
Intro Series take place on Mondays 5:45-7:00pm.
